任职要求：
1、 大专或以上学历
College degree or equivalent
2、具备一般的英语读写能力
General of English in speaking & writing skill.
3、两年以上IT工作经验，有外企工作经验为佳
two years working experience in IT field, experience in multinational Co. as well.
4、有helpdesk和故障排除的经验
Well experience in Helpdesk/troubleshooting.
5、团队合作精神
Team working
6、如具备良好的学习能力，工作态度积极，刚毕业的员工也可接受。
岗位职责：
1、负责日常用户电脑维护, 及现场IT技术支持
Responsible for daily helpdesk/Troubleshooting, on-site IT support.
2、公司常用软件和硬件安装维护，提供简单用户使用培训
Responsible for PC Software and Hardware installation including OS and applications.
3、IT系统日常维护和监控.
Responsible for IT system monitoring/maintenance, include hardware/software.
